Return Policy & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase from simonamaghen.com!  However if you decide to return the item, the following is our return policy:

Simona Maghen / (Simona RTW) product(s) purchased online at www.simonamaghen.com for full price, or full price in conjunction with a discount code, can be returned for a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product(s), as indicated by tracking.  All sale items marked "SALE" on our site are final sale and returns will not be accepted for all sale items purchased at simonamaghen.com. Returns on regular priced merchandise are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

4. Simona Maghen / Simona RTW products purchased online at www.simonamaghen.com cannot be returned to retail stores that carry and sell Simona Maghen products.

5. Simona Maghen / Simona RTW product(s) purchased at retail stores must be returned to that retail store and is subject to that retail store(s) return policy.

6. Upon receipt of your return, Simona Maghen / Simona RTW reserves the right to inspect and accept or reject the product(s) within 7 calendar days from the delivery date to Simona Maghen / Simona RTW.

7. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment (account type, account and financial institution) that was used to purchase the product(s). Refund processing time frames vary depending on the financial institution.  Your refund may take up to 10 business days to be processed by your financial institution.

8. In the event that Simona Maghen / Simona RTW rejects the return of your purchased product(s), will provide you with the reason of rejection, the product(s) will be returned to you and no refund will be processed.

9. Complete the return form enclosed in package, by indicating reason for return, and include it with the original receipt and product(s) in the return package.

10. The product(s) should be returned in the original packaging or packaging similar to its original packaging.

11. At this time Simona Maghen / Simona RTW is not responsible for return shipping payment / costs. Please note, you may return the product(s) using a carrier of your choosing, however, Simona Maghen / Simona RTW is not responsible for returned products during delivery and for shipping the product(s) yourself. Simona Maghen / Simona RTW suggests using a carrier that allows you to track and insure your package. 

12. All full priced items purchased with a promotion discount code are eligible for return within 30 days from the date you receive the package, as indicated by the tracking status, for a refund. As conditions of product(s) returned are met as outlined above, unless otherwise specified as "Sale"  as well as on description on product as "Final Sale".  It is your responsibility to read product description.
